Hands On Stretching for Bodywork Professionals

The goal of Hands-On Stretching is to provide bodyworkers with an additional set of techniques and skills geared toward improving their clients' functional movements through assisted stretching and movement education. The course goes into detail about how to apply the principles and methods of Hands-On stretching to address areas and limitations related to movements found in everyday activity. Participants may expect to gain further familiarity with the anatomy of the body in relation to its ability to move and stretch. This information will be used to guide participants through learning new assisted stretching and myofascial release techniques designed to promote functional range of motion in their visitors.

After completing this workshop, participants will: Demonstrate proficiency in applying integrative stretching in different settings.
